🏠 Clubhouse
Located at 835 Greenhills Drive, our Clubhouse is the perfect setting for community events and private celebrations.

- Grand Room: Features a majestic fireplace and a balcony overlooking the pool. It can comfortably accommodate over 100 guests, making it ideal for larger gatherings.
- Amenities: A fully equipped kitchen is available for your catering needs, including wifi.
- 📅 Interested in a rental? Both co-owners and non-residents are welcome to reserve the Grand Room. Please submit a Clubhouse Info Request for availability and rates.
💦 Swimming Pool
Located behind the Clubhouse. Our private heated pool is a favorite summer destination for our residents (see Pool Rules & Regulations here.)

- Season: Opens Memorial Day weekend and remains open through mid-September.
- Hours: 10 am – 9 pm daily
- Lap Swimming: Dedicated hours for lap swimming are 6 pm – 8 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
- Access:
- No lifeguard on duty
- Swim at your own risk
- Capacity 50 people
- Co-owner fob required to access
🏋️ Fitness Center
Maintain your wellness routine without leaving the neighborhood. Located in the Clubhouse basement, our gym offers convenient access to exercise equipment for all residents.
- Open 24 hours a day
- No attendant on duty
- Train at your own risk
- Accessed by keypad code provided to co-owners
