Monthly Fees and Benefits

Earhart Village co-owners are a responsible for a monthly Association Fee, just as with most other condominiums.  The level of the monthly fee depends on the individual Unit Value and the current Association budget.

The monthly Association fee covers a broad range of benefits and amenities not always covered by other condominium associations.  The fee includes on site operations manager and maintenance staff, exterior maintenance of buildings including windows, doors and roofs, upkeep and maintenance of the extensive grounds, use of the community pool and clubhouse, maintenance of building plumbing and electrical systems interior to the walls, and city water and sewer service.
