The Earhart Village Clubhouse contains two rooms available for rentals to co-owners and non-residents who can get a co-owner to co-sign on their behalf. The greater room contains a majestic fireplace, balcony overlooking the pool, and capacity for over 100 people. The lesser room can comfortably accommodate 50 people. A kitchen is also available.
